Over here, I’m mostly growing a thriving community of pests, powdery mildew, and exactly one spaghetti squash that seems to be fighting for its life. 😂

Because honestly—baby steps matter. Whether it’s growing dinner, meal prepping a little extra, or just figuring out what to make on a random Thursday night, it all counts. Rome wasn’t built in a day, and neither is a resilient kitchen, amiright??

You know I love a shortcut, and this week I’ve been leaning on my 3-Ingredient Shrimp Scampi—it’s stupid simple, and somehow feels like you tried. (You didn’t. It’s fine.)
- Shrimp
- Butter
- One Italian Dressing seasoning packet (you know the one)
Optional if you’ve got it: lemon, wine, Parmesan.
But also optional if you’ve got nothing left in the tank except noodles and dreams.
Sometimes we don’t need to reinvent dinner—we just need a system that works when our brain taps out.

Eggs. Cause, chickens. (Did you know I'm a crazy chicken lady?...no really, they won't die. Even the foxes are like, eh - those are some hearty girls. I give up!) I'm the queen of the frittata this week. Loaded with any leftover veggie I have on hand. 🙌🙌 |
